Scadoxus puniceus, Paintbrush or Snake Lily, is native to eastern and South Africa. This plant is in the Amaryllidaceae family and lives in the Cool Temperate House, Africa section. In the wild, sunbirds and weavers feast upon the nectar of the Paintbrush Lily.
