Blooming for the first time,  Sansevieria kirkii var. pulcra 'Coppertone', Coppertone Snake Plant!!

Plants in this genus are common house plants that can grow quite large. This variety has a more compact form. Its varietal name, pulcra, means beautiful.

This plant  is native to Zanzibar, off the coast of Tanzania. It can be seen in the Warm Temperate House.
