Environmental Film Festival

A screening of 13 amazing films, ranging from 4 to 25 minutes in length, which celebrate the natural world and the activists working to protect it: part of SYRCL's nationwide Wild & Scenic Film Festival. Smith College Center for the Environment (CEEDS )is partnering with the Wild & Scenic Westfield River Committee and other organizations to host five local screenings this spring . Admission to the event is free though donations will be collected for local environmental organizations.

The films vary in length. The festival will run as follows:

  • Brief Welcome
  •  Act I: 7 films in 79 minutes
  • Intermission
  • Act II: 6 films in 70 minutes
  • Wrap up, raffle winner announcements
