K - 12 Teachers
We welcome school groups for guided tours or visiting on your own. There is much to see indoors at the Lyman Conservatory, from plants of the desert in the Succulent House, to plants of the tropical rainforest in the Palm House, affectionately known as the Jungle Room. The Campus Arboretum and specialy gardens have much to offer in the study of plants.
All groups must schedule in advance — four weeks in advance for guided tours and two weeks for visiting on your own. More information...
My students had a great time at the Pompeii exhibit... They loved the whole Botanic Garden, too. In fact, they were so excited that it’s all the buzz on campus.
